A light roast coffee sourced from the Cauca department in the lush Colombian Andes. This coffee is rich, sweet, and will leave you refilling your mug all morning long.

In the cup we get notes of grapefruit and creamy milk chocolate. We like it best prepared as a slow pourover, but it makes a smooth light espresso and sweet cold brew too.
Ethically sourced and carefully crafted through the entire supply chain. From Colombia to your own home, with a stop in Montana along the way.

While traveling down the Yellowstone River in 1806, Captain William Clark discovered a small creek flowing out of western Montana’s Crazy Mountains. They later named this stream 'Big Timber Creek' in honor of the giant cottonwood trees that lined the banks of the crystalline waterway. Several decades later, pioneers settled this wide-open valley and designated the community 'Big Timber' after the Corps of Discovery.
This signature blend goes back to Yellowstone Coffee’s foundation and has remained a long-time favorite for brisk mornings on the river and powder days at Bridger Bowl.
This summer, we are proud to partner with Montana Trout Unlimited for our seasonal community coffee, Deep Creek.
Deep Creek is our tribute to Montana's pristine watersheds and our numerous blue ribbon trout streams. This cup is best enjoyed hot at a riverside campsite or as a cold brew during an afternoon float.
The Cometa Family grew, harvested, and processed this coffee at their family farms in Cauca, Colombia. Their family's thoughtful production and our family's artisan roasting process combine to create a coffee that is smooth, deep, and rich. We pick up on flavors that taste like a dark chocolate s'mores.
A portion from every bag of Deep Creek will be donated to Montana Trout Unlimited to ensure they can continue their invaluable work in conserving, protecting, and restoring Montana's coldwater fisheries and their watersheds.
