Dark, bold, intense. Our French Roast is roasted with Fair Trade Organic beans sourced from the ASOPROCAFEES cooperative in Colombia's Tolima department.
The 60 contributing producers at ASOPROCAFEES have been focused on growing and processing Fair Trade and Organic coffees since the cooperative's creation in 2011.
We seek coffees grown at high elevations for our dark roasts because denser beans maintain their flavor well past the second crack. Harvested from farms around 2000 meters in the central Colombian Andes, this coffee can handle the extreme temperatures of a French Roast.
The result: a coffee that is rich, smoky, fresh, and ready to be delivered to your door.
If mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy. Mother Nature that is! Supporting healthier rainforests and sustainable farming communities is paramount in our business, and you can taste the devotion in every sip.
Our original treeline can is filled with more than a coffee that gets your morning rolling. A portion from every can sold goes toward supporting the Greater Yellowstone Coalition and protecting wild places near our home. These cans make thoughtful gifts or fun home decor!
Big Sky Lift is our signature blend that celebrates the Land of Shining Mountains and Montana's Big Sky.
This coffee's heavy body and smooth finish have made this a classic Yellowstone Coffee since 1998.
While traveling down the Yellowstone River in 1806, Captain William Clark discovered a small creek flowing out of western Montana’s Crazy Mountains. They later named this stream 'Big Timber Creek' in honor of the giant cottonwood trees that lined the banks of the crystalline waterway. Several decades later, pioneers settled this wide-open valley and designated the community 'Big Timber' after the Corps of Discovery.
This signature blend goes back to Yellowstone Coffee’s foundation and has remained a long-time favorite for brisk mornings on the river and powder days at Bridger Bowl.
