We selected this lot from a collective of women producers who are members of the CESMACH cooperative in Chiapas, Mexico. As part the program, a premium was paid to each female farmer who contributed to this lot with the goal of improving the wages and livelihood of female producers in the community.
This shade grown coffee captures the deep flavors of Mexico. A full body coffee, this lot is highlighted by strong notes of cocoa, pleasant sugars, and mild acidity.
