We believe decaf coffee should taste good! The integrity and flavor of this coffee are maintained through sugarcane decaffeination, an extraction process in which green coffee beans soak in a natural sugar solution. Our primary decaf offering is collected from five small producers in Colombia's Cauca region. Decafs produced through this method can be easily mistaken for regular, caffeinated coffees.
