We selected this lot from a collective of women producers who are members of the CEASMACH cooperative in Chiapas. A premium was paid to each female member who contributed to this lot with the intention of helping improve women's health and well-being in the community.
This shade grown offering captures the flavors of Mexico. This full body coffee is highlighted by strong notes of cocoa, pleasant sugars, and mild acidity.
