This organic coffee comes to us from Cooperativa San Juan in Bolivia's La Asunta region. It's roasted to the lighter side of medium to highlight sweet notes of maple, honey, and nuts. It is a well-rounded, full bodied, and easy-drinking coffee.
30 local farms have worked alongside Cooperativa San Juan to create this coffee. Generations of farmers in the region have refined their growing methods to work with the rugged landscape and rich soil that make Bolivian coffees distinct and delicious.
