This coffee's distinct and sweet character is the product of native honeybee pollination and the lake effected microclimate near Lake Kivu in Rwanda's Western Province.

Coffee farmers from the region contribute their annual harvest to the Cyato Washing station where it is carefully sun dried to create flavors that remind us of chocolate truffle and fruit medley.
