A rare and celebrated coffee from the southern highlands of Tanzania. Peaberries are a natural mutation where a single, rounded bean grows inside the coffee cherry instead of the usual two. The result is a denser, more uniform bean that roasts with exceptional balance and intensity.
This lot offers a lively cup with layered flavors of mandarin, shortbread, and honey. A bright acidity leads into a smooth, full body and clean finish—making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy coffees that are both vibrant and refined.
