Strong, boozy, and bold, this coffee is unlike anything in our lineup. We aged green coffee in a seasoned bourbon barrel for weeks before sending the coffee into the roaster. It's non-alcoholic but has all the flavors and aromas us bourbon drinkers love.
This coffee is for the folks who need a little extra something to get their day rolling. Try it in a percolator at hunting camp or make a batch of cold brew for your next backyard barbecue. We promise there's no booze, but the bourbon flavor will leave you believing there is.

While traveling down the Yellowstone River in 1806, Captain William Clark discovered a small creek flowing out of western Montana’s Crazy Mountains. They later named this stream 'Big Timber Creek' in honor of the giant cottonwood trees that lined the banks of the crystalline waterway. Several decades later, pioneers settled this wide-open valley and designated the community 'Big Timber' after the Corps of Discovery.
This signature blend goes back to Yellowstone Coffee’s foundation and has remained a long-time favorite for brisk mornings on the river and powder days at Bridger Bowl.
