Colombia Huila
Medium-Light Roast
NOTES: DRIED CHERRY, CITRUS, CUSTARD
This remarkable Colombian coffee comes to us from the small town of Salado Blanco and has all the characteristics that are distinct to the Huila region. It's citrusy and also chocolatey. We taste notes that remind us of Flathead cherries as well as creamy custard.
It's a versatile Colombian coffee that is delicious in a variety of brew methods including an aeropress and drip brewer.
