Well rounded and full, this decaf coffee is certified organic and has flavors that could be mistaken as a caffeinated coffee. We sourced this lot from the CESMACH cooperative- the sample co-op as our best selling single origin, Mexico Chiapas. This coffee was decafeinated at origin using pure water from Pico de Orizaba-the tallest mountain in Mexico.
We taste notes of milk chocolate and and nuts. It's easy-drinking, approachable, and sure to satisfy all you decaf drinkers.
