NOTES: JASMINE, LIME, COOKED BERRY

Awaken your senses with a cup from the highlands of West Arsi, Ethiopia. Roasted light to preserve its delicate character, this coffee is sweet and floral, with bright notes of jasmine, lime, and cooked berry in every sip.

Experience a layered profile that's as elegant as it is vibrant. Grown by smallholder farmers who deliver their cherry to the Testi West Arsi Washing Station, this coffee is carefully depulped, fermented, and washed before drying on raised beds beneath the Ethiopian sun. Established in 2010, the station serves roughly 850 producers from the surrounding area, each tending small plots where coffee grows alongside other crops.

These farmers cultivate their coffee the way it's been done for generations, without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. With every bag, you're tasting the result of that traditional, careful approach to growing and processing, and supporting the producers who make it possible.
