We’ve been roasting this one since the beginning-Big Timber is our classic dark roast. It’s a blend of high altitude coffees grown in Colombia and Mexico. It’s roasted past the second crack, smells like dark chocolate, and reminds us of trail mix. It will hold up to cream and sugar and your old camp percolator. Like your grandpa’s coffee only better.
