Roasted extra-dark to a traditional french roast. We approach a French Roast by carefully sourcing and roasting organic coffees grown at high altitude. The result is a complex cup that is intense yet smooth. Notes of raw chocolate are delicious with or without cream, sugar, or whatever fixings you like.
