This spring, we're excited to partner with the The Greater Yellowstone Coalition for our seasonal coffee benefitting the Greater Yellowstone Coalition, Spring Thaw.
Spring Thaw is our tribute to the wild places and animals of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. This coffee makes the perfect accompaniment during sunny spring mornings admiring new growth, and it helps ease the pain of southwest Montana's all-too-common spring snowstorms.
We blended a washed coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala with a naturally processed coffee from Vall de Grama, Brazil to create a cup that is super smooth with very low acidity. We pick up on notes of sweet caramel and silky milk chocolate in the cup.
A portion from every bag sold will be given to the Greater Yellowstone Coalition to ensure they can continue their good work in protecting the wild places and animals that make Montana the last best place.
